get comfortable with things the way they are, you don’t make waves or
ask questions. When I did have a question, I would call and get an
answering machine. I think after the seven or eight different questions

Again, Ann took her time, wasn’t in any hurry. Ann quoted me prices for
my car insurance and homeowner’s insurance. I couldn’t believe it; I
asked her two more times. Erie saved me almost $800.00 over AIC. I
called AIC, they never called me back. Ann also saved me $150.00 on my
homeowner’s policy with Allstate. Erie’s policy gave me more coverage
for less. What can I say; I saved $950.00 a year! Why did I change?
Ann took her time, explained everything to me, didn’t push me, and made
things easy for me to understand. I had Allstate’s homeowner’s policy
for approximately thirty years, in that time my agent never called and
talked to me about my insurance. I will tell my friends to call
